Rent is due on or before the first of each month. All rental payments should be made in the form of a personal check, cashier’s check, certified bank check or money order and made payable to The Mount Vernon Company. Your name, address and apartment number should be printed clearly on the check or money order. MVC cannot accept payment in the form of cash. You may pay your rent via mail to the address below or stop by in person to our Boston location during office hours—there is a rent drop box in our entry.
