MVC requires all residents to purchase Renter's Insurance. You are responsible for securing your own policy to insure the contents of your apartment and all personal property. MVC is not responsible for loss or damage to your household goods or vehicle(s) in the event of fire, water, electrical, or smoke damage, theft or other misfortune; nor are we responsible for loss or damage to property left in storage areas or elsewhere in the community, including vehicles parked on site. MVC will not reimburse you for expenses related to damage or loss of personal property.
Residents are required to complete the Renter's Insurance Agreement form to acknowledge their responsibility to secure Renter’s Insurance.
